The non official specifications of the Android-phone Google Nexus One have appeared on the web. The web resource Engadget has published the specifications of the google phone Google Nexus One, release of which, presumably, will be held on January 5. The list was obtained from an anonymous informant, a Web resource. Whether these specifications are true or not, we will know only after the day of the official announcement of the device. The smartphone Google Nexus One is equipped with a 3.7-inch touch screen AMOLED-display with a WVGA resolution, Qualcomm QSD8250 1 GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED-flash. The smartphone has on board 512 MB RAM, 512 MB flash memory slot for microSD memory cards (up to 32 GB), Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and WiFi (802.11b/g/n) modules, supports GPS-navigation (AGPS) and working in networks of UMTS / HSPA (900/1700/2100 MHz) and GSM / EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). The phone runs based on the Android 2.1 operating system. Dimensions of the googlephone are 119×59, 8×11,5 mm, while the weight is 130 grams.
