New Zealand's TelstraClear has re-launched its MVNO service back onto the Vodafone network. The company used to use Vodafone but switched to Telecom in 2007 following a dispute. The company moved back to Vodafone after Telecom decided not to permit MVNOs on its WCDMA based network.
Vodacom South Africa says that it will reduce its interconnection rates as per an agreement last November. There is an ongoing dispute regarding the regulatory powers to set interconnection rates, but the company said that it would push ahead with the earlier announced reductions.
Hutchison 3G UK is offering free access to the Twitter website for February and March when accessed via the mobile internet, or a build in app.
Orange Armenia says that it has signed up its 200,000th subscriber - just three months after it launched its network on 5th November 2009.

China Mobile aims to deploy around 100,000 3G base stations to boost its TD-SCDMA coverage during 2010. Li Yue, vice president at China Mobile also noted that the network's drop rate is approximately 0.53%, and the success rate for GSM to TD-SCDMA handover is 98.3%.
