What lessons have been many surveys (ZDNet, of Hadopi, Sacem, etc..) On the habits of the French in terms of consumption, licit or illicit, cultural goods on the Internet, and the impact of the response graded on their behavior? Nothing definitive, obviously, otherwise it is better not to take these numbers literally...
