How To Root Samsung Galaxy S3 on I9300XXDLIH Android 4.1.1 ... Now user can Root Samsung Galaxy S3 on I9300XXDLIH Android 4.1.1  using CF-Root with ODIN.

Here is the complete tutorial how you can it. Before going to forward, do not forget to backup all your personal data and apps.





CF-Root Package Contents:

CF-Root package comes with the following:

  • SuperSU v0.93
  • ClockworkMod (CWM) recovery v5.5
  • CWM Manager v3.60

Installed all your USB DRIVERS FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 through PC. Some things you should keep in mind.

1. Enable the Debugging Mode. By enable the debugging mode you can connect own android phone with PC.

2. You should check your battery. Your batter should be 80% to 85% charges. If your phone will be off during flashing ROMs or installing mods and updates due to low battery. Then your Phone will be dead permanently.

3. As, i told you. You should back up all your date. You will need it for new ROM.

4. Your Phone should be Unlocked.

Now we move forward and important part.

Here is the complete detail in different steps.
Read the all steps carefully.



Step 1
Download CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.zip for Galaxy S3 to your computer and extract the zip file.

Step 2 
Download ODIN v1.85 (if needed) which will help you to install Android 4.1.1 on Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300.

Step 3
Switch OFF your phone. Now go to Download Mode on your phone. How? Press and hold the Volume Down + Home buttons together, and then press the Power button till you see the construction Android robot and a triangle. Press Power again to confirm to enter into Download Mode.

Step 4
Make sure you have your Galaxy S3 USB drivers installed on your computer.

Step 5
Open ODIN on your computer. Connect your phone to your computer while your phone is in the Download Mode.

Step 6 
If your phone is connected successfully, one of the ID:COM boxes will turn yellow with the COM port number. This step might take some time.

Step 7
Now select the root package file that you have to flash/install on your phone. These files are to be found from the extracted file in Step 1. Click on ‘PDA’ and select the file CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.tar.

Step 8 
In ODIN, check the Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time options. Do NOT touch any other options.

Step 9 
Now click on the Start button in ODIN. Installation process will start and would take a few minutes to complete.

Step 10 
After the installation is completed, your phone will restart. After you see the home screen, unplug your phone from the computer.

Your Samsung Galaxy S3 has now been rooted on I9300XXDLIH Android 4.1.1 software version
