Sony Ericsson Kanna

In principle, this phone is apparently the “relative” to smartphone Sony Ericsson Kurara, but is made in the side sliders form factor with sliding QWERTY-keyboard, which is not available in the model Kurara.

Judging from the screen, the mobile phone is based on Symbian S60 fifth edition, like smartphones Nokia N97, Samsung i8910, SE Satio etc. Sony Ericsson Kanna has touch screen with the diagonal of 3.2 inches with a resolution of 360×640 points, the supports for Wi-Fi module, a GPS, microUSB and 3.5 mm connectors, as well as a slot for MicroSD memory cards.



The mobile phone has an 8-megapixel camera module with an updated interface, with autofocus. SE Kanna also records HD-video (1280×720 pixels). With great probability Kanna will work based on the ARM Cortex A8 processor with the capacity of 600 MHz and PowerVR graphic accelerator.

There is no information about the cost of the device yet, it is expected that Sony Ericsson Kanna will be announced in February this year during the event MWC 2010.
