Zagg is butting heads with Sling by way of their new home entertainment console, which will allow mobile access to media stored on its terabyte drive (as well as anything stored on your home network).
TV shows and movies are recorded, then compressed and streamed to an iPhone application over both Wi-Fi and 3G. The Zaggbox itself will retail for $600-$900, and the mobile app will cost $20.
