A developer thought of such little Windows shell properties and decided to something about it to facilitate laptop plus netbook users. The result was SecondShell.
SecondShell is a freeware utility for Windows that comes in the form of a tiny archive file sized at only 371KB. The application is provides useful shortcuts to laptop and netbook users to execute most used Windows tasks.
After the archive’s extraction we do not need to install the program, we simply run the EXE file. No modifications are made to Windows’ shell or its registry.
The application will be seen via a System Tray icon. In the image below, SecondShell’s icon can be seen at the most left.
Right clicking on this icon shows us some options.

The “Display Shortcuts” option shows us the shortcuts which we can use.

Users can view the usable shortcuts from this list and start using them. These shortcuts include hotkeys for resizing windows, minimizing them, and other useful features. Other shortcuts can be viewed on SecondShell’s website.
Like me you will soon get used to the ease provided by SecondShell. Desktop users will also find the application to be quite handy.
Try SecondShell today and use the comments to let me know what you think.
