Verizon Wireless is practically giving away Palm phones. The phone company cut its prices on its Palm WebOS, making the price of the Pre Plus $49 for two and the Pixi Plus is only $29 for two.
The feature that makes your Palm device into Wi-Fi hotspots for your laptop is now free because Verizon just reduced the once $40 per month fee. Smart consumers should take advantage of this offer since it makes your using your laptop cheaper then using a USB modem for close to $60 per month rather then for free, in addition to your mobile service plan of course.
Verizon didn't say how long the next to nothing pricing would last, so take advantage of the opportunity while you can.
