The Hohrizontal 51 minimalist shelf turned iPod dock may not look all that fancy, but it gets the job done. The iPod dock combines amp and speakers making for an aesthetically pleasing piece of art or piece of furniture for any room in the house.

The dock retails for a whopping $660 and with that pricetag it better include some other features, right? You can hook up a TV, MP3, or iPad connector and blare sound through 25W speakers. The shelf is strong enough to hold a TV, as it will support up to 55 pounds or 25KG. We think the shelf is pretty neat in concept, but aren't exactly sure why the price has to sting so much.
