Norton 360 Version 4.0 Review

I have used Norton Anti-virus in the past and I was not satisfied with the overall experience. Most of us know that Norton Anti-virus is a memory hog, so when I got a copy of Norton 360 Version 4.0, I thought it would be another crappy software that I have to test for the next few weeks. But after using it for a month, I’m so much satisfied with this product that I’m not planning to replace it with any other security suite for the next few years.

The installation process was quite smooth. It took less than a minute to install this program which was quite surprising since other security programs takes more than 5 minutes to install completely in my system. I found the PC Tuneup utilities quite useful since it helps us to optimize our system by cleaning temporary files, registry errors and disk defragmentation.

The interface of this program is quite simple and easy-to-use. It can be used easily by anyone, even your non-geeky parents will be able to handle this program peacefully. All you have to do is just install this program and forget about security for the next 12 months since it will protect you from virus, hackers and other threats automatically. It can even update the program automatically without the need of updating it manually. When your PC is idle, it runs virus scans which indirectly helps you to keep your system safe and secure 24×7.

Norton 360 Version 4.0 is not a memory hog like the earlier versions of Norton Anti-virus. My system hasn’t freezed for a single moment in the last one month after installing this amazing program. The startup manager included in this program helps us to reboot our system upto 40% faster. The file cleanup utility deletes all the windows and Internet Explorer temporary files. The disk optimization utility scans all the drives and helps us to find out which drives needs defragmentation. After manually selecting the drives, it defragments the selected drives within few minutes.

I’m really amazed after using this program for more than a month. This is the best security tool currently available in the market. If you thought that, this product is a memory hog, then I would just ask you to try this software and know the difference. I personally liked this program a lot and would definitely recommend it to all of my friends.
