Bloomberg received word (from the usual sources mysterious) that Apple would be interested in supporting LTE for its upcoming phone (until proof to the contrary should be presented next summer). Nothing concrete is available until this time, but apparently several sources I pointed out how the CEO of China Mobile's Wang Jianzhou has specifically mentioned the Apple CEO Steve Jobs, arguing that the latter had demonstrated its interest in an iPhone LTE and also said willing to get to work on the draft within a short time.
If it proves true iPhone 5 might be compatible with TD-LTE network of China Mobile.
Jobs expressed his intresse LTE in an iPhone and would like to start development as soon as possible.
