Havok, creators of games development tools, and especially known for their physical routines, have announced that they will carry their work to Android, and will do so in the hands of Sony Ericsson.
The idea of doing it together with the joint-venture is to be able to optimize the tools to the fullest with Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, a device to which the own Sony is adorning of software development. We are going to see a video that have been prepared:
Developers who choose the Havok engine may make use of artificial intelligence, animation, physical, routines and other advantages that we have been enjoying a good time in the world of the PC and consoles.
Some known examples: Halo Reach, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Epic Mickey, Fallout New Vegas, Uncharted 2, Demon's Soul and Bioshock 2.
Havok informs us that the development will be available for Android Gingerbread version, with special adaptation to the hybrid of Sony Ericsson.
